Some hotels have surcharge for high and peak seasons. Don´t forget to read carefully before make the reservation in order to avoid misunderstandings.

No cancellation fee will be charge if is done within 15 days before arrival (low season), or 35 days before arrival (high/peak season).
Cancellation fee is not levied by Bali Eksotik. However, contractors such as hotel, transportation company and others with whom agreement have been made, are charging cancellation fees according to their conditions, especially for short term cancellation notice and non participating. Incase of such charges occuring, you will be debited accordingly.
