After a short drive into the inner island we see a performance of the legendary Barong Dance (dance of Demons) passing tropical vegetation along steep gorges, we provide to the village Gunung Kawi, hosting a medieval cemetery of the ancient Balinese aristocracy. Climbing the mountain roads to Kintamani, which is located right on top of the edge Mountain Batur's Caldera's; you will enjoy this fantastic view over the large Crater Lake and the smaller, still active volcano Mount Lebah. Proceeding via serene rural road to a small village in the Bangli district, a traditional Balinese Compound will be visited. Finally the journey leads to the sacred spring of Sebatu, which is utilized by for ritual cleansing ceremonies. Return to the Hotel via Bali's bustling capital Denpasar.
